I spent all day Saturday at Tom and Deb's house, we made applesauce from one bushel of apples. Lots of chopping, cooking, and milling, and later our freezers were half full!

You must love working with apples! I don't think I'll work with apples again after the wedding project! :) Your applesauce looks yummy! Tom and Deb got a rabbit??
yeah, that is peanut. someone the downys knew found it and were feeding it cat food, which apparently was a big no no. so tom and deb adopted it. shes a little tempermental, but deb is working on getting her trained...
